• 2 ripe mashed bananas
• 1/3 cup of peanut butter
• 2/3 cup of applesauce
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein (any brand will work, whey is best)
• 1 cup of whole natural oats
• ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, mix the banana, peanut butter, and applesauce until blended well
3. Mix in oatmeal, vanilla protein, and chocolate chips
4. Use a spoon to make small cookies on the baking sheet
5. Bake for 14-15 minutes for softer cookies, 17-18 minutes for crispier cookies
