Chocolate Banana Breakfast Cookies

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (any brand will work, whey is best)
  • 1 cup whole natural oats
  • ΒΌ cup dark chocolate chips
  • Directions:
  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2. In a large bowl mix the banana, peanut butter, and applesauce until blended well
  • 3. Mix in oatmeal, vanilla protein and chocolate chips
  • 4. Use a spoon to make small cookies on the baking sheet
  • 5. Bake for 14-15 minutes for softer cookies, 17-18 for crispier cookies
