• 1 cup of plain yogurt
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein (any brand of whey, soy, or casein protein powder)
• 1/8 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (chopped)
• 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together
2. Place blended mixture in the freezer for one hour
3. Take out, mix with a spoon, and enjoy!
