Chocolate Chip Mint Ice Cream

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (any brand of whey, soy or casein protein powder)
  • 1/8 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (chopped)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Directions:
  • 1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir together,
  • 2. Place blended mixture in the freezer for one hour
  • 3. Take out, mix with a spoon and enjoy!
